Nicolay House 3 spacious light-filled bedrooms, each comfortably oriental furnished for double accommodation. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 1 western clean bathroom and toilet .

A cool and leafy garden, terrace , provides a welcoming venue for outdoor entertaining. Also: TV foreign cannels , air-condition.

Access to the roof terrace also gives the opportunity to enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the city of Damascus.

The house is available for short or long-term rentals on the basis of rooms.

Close to nightclub, lively area. Town centre and shops less than

50 m.

Good transportation connect with Arabic school and universities for foreigners.

Assistance with airport transfers ( 20,-Euro)and guided tours is also available, if required.
